Certified Massage Therapist or Wellness Practitioner

To work for Alexandria Massage Therapy you are required to have the following:

1. Graduate certificate or diploma from an accredited school
2. National certification or license
3. Permit (City of Alexandria Police Department)
4. Interview, including performing a one-hour massage or treatment
5. Insurance (no less than $3,000,000 aggregate)

Are you a certified massage therapist or other wellness practitioner, who is looking to add an extra day or two to your schedule, or are you looking for something more full time? We may have a place for you.

We are looking for CMT's who are dedicated, respectful, honest, friendly, people oriented and are nationally certified and have at least six months experience. Do your modalities include (but not limited to) any of the following:

• Swedish
• Deep Tissue
• Pregnancy
• Myofascial Release
• Trigger Point
• Reflexology
• Sports
• Hot Stone

We are also looking to expand our massage center into a wellness center and are looking for team players with experience in energy work, accupunture, Naturopathic medicine, nutrition, Rolfing, or herbology. If so, please consider a contractor position with us.
